摘要
在综述绿水概念及水资源评价现状的基础上,分析了将绿水纳入到水资源评价体系的必要性;提出了开展绿水评价需要进一步的研究,估算绿水量的尺度问题,区域绿水量评估方法欠缺和水文气象基础数据匮乏问题。绿水概念的提出和评价方法的出现不仅为水资源评价管理提供了新的思路,还为现实意义上的可持续发展、"人与自然和谐相处"、"人水合一"打下了基础。
Based on the current research situation of green water concept and water resources evaluation,this paper analyzed the necessities of incorporating green water into the water resources evaluation system.There were three main issues of green water appraisal for further research：estimation of green water flow and scaling,deficiency in evaluation methods for regional green water amount,and paucity of basic hydrologic and meteorological date.The proposal of green water concept and the appearance of evaluation methods not only provides a new train of thought,but also lays the first stone for three respects：the realistic meaning of sustainable development,getting along amiably and peacefully between people and nature,the unification of people and water.
