摘要
介绍了一种可供临床应用的高水平内藏式心脏起搏器.它采用了专用集成电路,具有耗电微、按需起搏、同步输出和双腔型的特点.它被置入人体内部以后,可以利用体外无线方式程控修改输出起搏脉冲的频率和幅度,实现了体外编程功能.该起搏器还具有体外无线充电的功能,使内置电池长久工作.文中分析了起搏脉冲信号发生器电路的特点和工作原理,各项技术指标也在文中分别给出,指出这是一种全自动型的心脏起搏器.
A kind of high-level embed pacemaker used in clinic was introduced in this paper. It used special IC which has the characteristics of saving on electricity, beating for need, synchro output and hi-antrum. After it was posting into body, it can use wireless program controler out of body to amend the frequency and scope of beating pulse. It also has the function of wireless charge so as to make embed battery work for a long time. In this paper the author also analyzed the characteristic of pulse signal generator circuit and theory, gave all parameters respectively and pointed out that this is a kind of automatic pacemaker.
