摘要
仅靠"取消行政级别和行政化管理模式"很难从根本上解决高校行政化问题。只有通过对高校行政化的种种表现进行深入分析,抓住其主要矛盾,才能找到破解高校行政化问题的治本之策。
It is impossible to solve the problem of administrationization in institutes of higher education only by depending on the strategy of abolishing administrative ranks and administrationized management mode in universities.It is argued that only through a detailed analysis of the phenomena of administrationization in universities to find its principal contradiction can an effective key be found to solve the problem.
