摘要
为解决 E B C 法糖化麦芽手工操作的诸多不便,对Ⅰ型糖化仪作了改进,研制了Ⅱ型麦芽糖化仪该仪器采用 M C S- 51 系列的8031 单片机作为控制器,对 E B C 糖化过程进行自动控制,并兼有提取酵素、恒定水温的功能控制程序废除了Ⅰ型仪器中所用的、使被调参数振荡的两位控制的方式,采用 P I D 算法对参数进行控制,以保证被调参数的精度控制程序同时增加了设置温度和时间功能,使0 ~99 .9 ℃温度、0 ~999 min 时间可调,扩大了仪器的使用范围Ⅱ型糖化仪对参数的控制更加精确可靠。
To solve the problems of manual operation of mashing malt by the EBC method , the model-1 mash instrument is improved and the model-2 is made. With 8031 single-chip computer of MCS-51 series as controller, the model-2 mash instrument can automatically control the EBC mash process with the functions of abstracting mash agent and keeping constant water temperature within 0~99.9℃. Abolishing the two-position control method which may bring about oscillation of the parameters controlled, the controlling program uses PID algorithms to control parameters accurately. The function of setting the values of temperature and time is added to the controlling program , which enables user to select temperature from 0 to 99.9 ℃ and time from 0 to 999 min and enlarges the instrument's application scope. The model-2 mash instrument is reliable in controling parameters, and can also be used to keep constant water temperature in general labs.
