摘要
以不同 V A 含量的 E V A 共聚物为基础,尝试通过等离子体接枝方法接枝甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺以达到聚合物阻燃的目的详细研究了等离子体处理条件和接枝反应条件对接枝率的影响,并对接枝样品的阻燃性能进行了表征接枝后样品的点燃时间明显延长,极限氧指数明显提高。
An attempt has been made in the paper aiming at imparting flame retardancy to polymers by using grafting method induced by plasma. Based on EVA copolymer with different VA contents, it was found that the grafting yield was influenced by the plasma treatment conditions and grafting reaction conditions when EVA copolymers grafted with acrylic monomers. Also it was found that the ignition time of the grafted sample was extended. The oxygen index was raised. The flame retardancy was improved.
