摘要
表面声波(SAW)器件所产生的大时宽大颁宽的线性调频信号在脉冲压缩雷达、逆合成孔径雷达(ISAR)等设备中得到广泛的应用,其调频线性度对设备性能有着重要的影响,因此测量SAW器件所产生线性调频信号的调频线性度就成为评价该器件性能的关键技术.信号频率是线性调制,其相位就是平方率调制,在调制时间(脉冲宽度)内,信号相位将变化几千个360°,在这么大的测量数据中,使测量精度为几度十分困难.本文利用HP8510B网络分析仪(其洲相精度为0.2°)的高精度和数字信号处理技术,解决了线性调频信号调频非线性的测量问题,并给出了测量结果.
The LFM(Linear Frequency Modulated) signal with large bandwidth and long pulse duration generated by a SAW(Surface Audio Wave) device is usuall ed in the pulse compression for and the ISAN(Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar). Its linearity of frequency modulation has important effects on there systems, so the measurement of linearity of the LFM signal caused by the SAW device becomes a key technique to evaluate this SAW device. The frequency of a signal is linear modulated , then its phase is square modulated . During the modulation time (pulse width), the phase of the signal will change several thousands of 360 degrees, so it is difficult to make the measurement precision limit in several with so large measurement data. This paper has used the net analysis apparatus with high precisionHP8510B (its precision of phase measurement is 0.2 degree) and the signal processing technique to realize the measurement of the nonlinear frequency modulation of LFM signal . and measurement results are given.
