摘要
本文研制成功的新型缓蚀剂适用于超声波酸洗加工。该缓蚀剂由苯并噻唑类化合物与有机胺反应,复配以含Mo,Cr等化合物。使用浓度低,缓蚀效率高,对孔蚀引发和孔蚀发展有良好的抑制作用,并可使不锈钢表面膜的修复时间大幅度下降。
The new type inhibitor having being developed was suit for the ultrasonic acid pickling process The inhibitor was made by reacting benzothiazole with organoamine , then added compounds containing Mo,Cr , which could be used in very low concentration It had perfect inhibitory action for the initiation and development of pitting corrosion , as well as reduced the maintenance down time of stainless steel surface film
