摘要
本文利用小波变换的特点，将其引入到结构优化设计中为解决求解域存在的问题提供新途径。该方法的基本思想是利用小波分析，求出可行域的奇异点，再结合其他的数学方法求解出全局最优解，并给出了具体的算例，证明了该方法的可行性。
The paper first suggests that the global optimal solution which is at or near the singular point can be found with the wavelet theory And the different models of linear progamming and non-linear programming are given The results of two examples prove that the method is feasible
