国产摩托车发动机凸轮轴激光热处理研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用激光技术,对国产摩托车发动机凸轮轴进行激光热处理及其运行试验研究。结果表明,凸轮轴激光处理后质量优良,几何尺寸和表面粗糙度变化甚微,未发现任何淬火裂纹,耐磨寿命提高两倍以上。在国产摩托车发动机制造和维修方面激光处理的应用是很有价值的。 This paper discusses the Laser Heat Treatment on the surface of camshaft of the motorcycle made in China and its operational test The results show that the qualities of Laser Heat Treatment are excellent And there are little variations in geometrical size and surface qualities There are not any quenching cracks after magnetic powder inspection Meanwhile, the hardening effect on the operational surface of camshaft is obvious Strengthened and assembled has been operating normally Compared with the orginal camshaft, the service-life of camshaft which has been processed can be more than twice Thus the technology of Laser Heat Treatment on the camshaft of motorcycle engine made in China is very valuable in the manufacture and repair of motorcycle engine And there is good social and economic efficiency
