摘要
采用载体法制备驱杀蚊织物。通过紫外可见分光光度计在波长278 nm的条件下,研究了驱蚊剂ZX-1的用量、反应温度、反应时间以及助剂用量对织物整理性能的影响。结果表明,织物的驱杀蚊整理与ZX-1用量、反应温度和载体用量有关。其最佳整理工艺是:在900℃条件下,整理1.5 h,ZX-1用量为0.6g/L,载体用量为3g/L,分散剂NNO用量为0.55g/L。经两次水洗后,仍存在良好的驱杀蚊效果。
Anti-mosquito fabrics were treated with carrier finishing method, with the wave of 278nm, effects of the dosage of pesticide ZX - 1, the reactive temperature and time, and the dosage of additives on the anti-mosquito fabrics finishing are discussed. The results showed that, the anti-mosquito finishing is related to the dosage of ZX - 1, reactive temperature and the dosage of carrier. The optimal finishing process is the dosage of 0.6g/L, the carrier of 5g/L, the NNO of 0.55g/L with 1.5 hour under 900℃. Furthermore, it still has a good anti-mosquito effect after twice rinsing.
