摘要
目的探讨颈椎手术的麻醉方法及处理体会。方法对80例颈椎外伤和颈椎病患者实施持续给药的方式给予静脉吸入复合全身麻醉行颈椎前、后入路手术。结果全部患者均顺利完成手术,均未出现与麻醉相关的并发症,病情稳定,神经功能有所改善,预后良好。术前、术中、术终NIBP、ECG、SPO2、P均平稳正常无呼吸道并发症,平均优良率96.5%。结论持续给药的方式给予静脉吸入复合全身麻醉用于颈椎前后入路手术安全有效,无并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate continuous intravenous administration of inhalation general anesthesia and after anterior cervical approach and experience in anesthesia surgery.Methods Totally 80 patients with cervical spine trauma patients and the way the implementation of continuous intravenous administration of inhaled general anesthesia before cervical,posterior approach surgery.Results All patients were successfully operated,no anesthesia-related complications occur with stable disease,neurological function was improved,the prognosis is good.Preoperative,intraoperative,intraoperative end NIBP,ECG,SPO2,P were stable normal without respiratory complications,the average fine rate was 96.5%.Conclusions Continuous intravenous administration of inhaled manner combined with general anesthesia for spine surgery before and after the approach is safe and effective,without complications,should be widely applied.
