摘要
为加强实验室、研究室科研仪器的管理和提高其使用率,以市场为导向,切实转变管理模式,努力探索综合性医院内大型仪器设备资源共享体制改革之路,介绍了医院的具体做法:1.充分利用院内的设备资源;2.为科技人员解决实际问题;3.制定各项规章制度,保证研究工作顺利进行;4.优化配置,开展多项研究工作。
Sharing in equipment resources is researched from several principles: purchase of more equipments by use of limited funds; bringing departmental considerations into line with the hospital plan; making overall logn - as well as short - term plans and taking all factors into account; formulation of relevant questions such as, what are the health priorities of the population, what are the objectives of purchasing new equipments, including high - tech, large - sized, very expensive ones; concrete, detailed analyses and assessments, if necessary, by a group of health policy - makers, health strategy planners, hospital planners and health economists; development of usage guidelines by interdisciplinary teams responsible for coordination, cooperation, methodological improvements.
