摘要
首先厘清知识转移过程和学习过程两个概念,得到"知识转移过程=知识传递过程+学习过程(知识吸收过程)"的基本观点。以此为基础分析以校企知识转移为核心体系的学习型社会系统的形成动因和过程,并定义出系统构成要素为行为体(知识供给者、知识需求者),知识和传递/学习过程。由此构建系统结构模型,并分析系统各构成要素的特性。
Firstly,by clarifying the two concepts of knowledge transferring and learning process,we obtain the basic viewpoint of "knowledge transferring process = knowledge delivering process + learning process(knowledge absorbing process)".Secondly,the motivation and formation process of learning society system based on the university-industry knowledge transferring are analyzed and the system construction factors of actors(knowledge suppliers and knowledge demanders),knowledge and knowledge delivering / learning process are defined.Then,the system structure model is constructed and the features of the system factors are discussed.
