A Review of the Public Lending Right System in Sweden

摘要 瑞典作为北欧比较有代表性的国家之一,也是世界上较早建立公共借阅权制度的国家。文章从立法背景和经过、主要内容以及与EC92/100指令的冲突三个方面对瑞典公共借阅权制度作了介绍和分析,以期业界更深入地了解公共借阅权制度的发展。 Sweden is one of the representative Nordic countries that established the public lending right（PLR） earlier in the world.The paper introduces the PLR system in Sweden from the aspects of background of legislation,the main content and the conflict with EC92/100,so as to provide experience in the studies of PLR system.
