摘要
以某600 MW直接空冷发电机组为例,利用数值模拟方法,分析空冷岛在自然环境中运行时的温度场,提出了对风机运行进行分区域调度的方案,找到了各个区域风机的最佳运行转速。模拟结果表明:机组真空可以提高0.286 kPa,发电量净收益可以提高0.275%。为风机群设计和布置提供了参考。
Taking a 600 MW direct air-cooled generator unit as an example,the temperature field of the air-cooled island which was working in the natural environment was analysed by means of numerical simulation method.The scheme that the fans were operated by partition scheduling was put forward.And the optimal operation speed of fans in every area was found.The simulation result showed that the vacuum of the unit was improved by 0.286 kPa and the electricity net income was improved by 0.275 %,which provided reference for the fan cluster design and layout.
