摘要
采用标准κ-ε湍流模型对水泥窑余热锅炉通流结构流场进行了计算机仿真模拟,得出烟气速度在烟道内的分布情况。通过对3种均流装置的对比分析表明:加装倒V型角钢均流装置可以均匀过渡段出口的流场,提高受热面的传热有效性。
Numerical simulation on the throughflow structure of waste heat recovery boiler in cement kiln has been conducted to analyze flow equalization devices of the different structure.The flow gas velocity distribution on the cross section of the flue duct was obtained.Simulation results show that the flow fields in the heating surfaces can be adjusted to an ideal state by fixing flow equalization device of inverted-V angle steel.
