摘要
创新能力是一种综合的能力与素质,研究生创新能力培养是研究生教育的核心内容。文章界定了研究生创新能力概念及其构成,分析影响研究生创新能力形成与提高的因素,基于知识与能力角度,从研究生创新能力培养的重要环节,阐述研究生创新能力培养的问题。
Innovation ability is an integrated ability and quality. Training of innovation ability is the core of graduate education. In this article, the authors define the concept and composition of graduate innovation ability, and analyze impact factors of graduate innovation ability developing and increasing. Based on knowledge and technical capacity, from important parts of innovation ability, the authors elaborate the problem of training innovation ability of graduates.
