增塑增溶体系改善紫外线吸收剂上染涤纶性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 紫外线吸收剂UV-360具有两个含氢键的分子内六元环结构,吸收紫外线的能力很强,但由于分子较大而影响了其对涤纶织物的上染。为了提高UV-360对涤纶织物的上染率,发挥其改善涤纶织物耐光色牢度的作用,研究探讨在染浴中添加简单结构酯类物质和Gemini型表面活性剂的作用。结果表明,由乙酸正戊酯和Gemini-31508所组成的增塑增溶体系对UV-360上染率有明显的促进作用;同时,通过分析乙酸正戊酯对涤纶纤维直径、临界溶解时间的影响,以及Gemini-31508对分散染料和UV-360溶解性能的影响,探讨了增塑增溶体系改善UV-360对涤纶上染性能的作用机理。 The two intramolecular hydrogen bonds in two inter-molecular six-atom ring structure of UV-360 make it strongly absorb ultraviolet radiation, while its large molecule causes lower dyeing uptake on polyester fabrics. In order to improve the uptake of UV-360 for its improvement on light fastness, some simple structure esters and Gemini surfactant are applied in the dyeing of UV-360 on polyester. The results show that the plasticiser and solubilizer system consisted with n-amyl acetate and Gemini-31508 can significantly improve the uptake of UV-360 on polyester fabrics. Meanwhile, with the analysis of the effect of n-amyl acetate on the diameter and the critical dissolving time(CDT) of polyester fibers, and the effect of Gemini-31508 on the solubility of disperse dye and UV-360, the mechanism of plasticiser and solubilizer system on the improvement of the dying uptake of UV-360 on polyester fabric is discussed.
