低碳时代中欧新能源国际合作的挑战与对策分析 被引量：3

摘要 新能源产业孕育着新的经济增长点,欧盟正积极制定低碳经济发展理念下的新能源发展战略,以期抢占新一轮科技革命的战略制高点。本文分析了中欧新能源国际合作的现状和存在的问题,并从新能源战略规划、外交协调机制和新能源合作机制等三个方面,探讨低碳时代构建中欧新能源国际合作的途径和方向。
