Sm_2O_3掺杂对铌镁酸铅铁电陶瓷介电性能的影响 被引量:1

Influences of Sm_2O_3-doping on the dielectric properties of lead magnesium niobate ferroelectric ceramics

摘要 为了改善铌镁酸铅(PMN)的介电性能及温度稳定性,采用铌铁矿法制备了Sm2O3掺杂的PMN陶瓷(PSMN)。研究了Sm2O3掺杂对PMN铁电陶瓷介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着钐掺杂量x(Sm)的增加,PSMN陶瓷的晶粒尺寸减小、分布均一,材料的相变温度向远离居里点的低温方向移动,相对介电常数峰值εm及室温下的介质损耗减小,介频稳定性增强。相变弥散度则随x(Sm)的增加而增加。x(Sm)=0.01时,PSMN陶瓷的性能最佳:εm=15567,tanδ=0.127×10-2。 In order to improve the dielectric properties and temperature stability of lead magnesium niobate(PMN),samarium-doped PMN(PSMN) ceramics were prepared by columbite route.The effect of Sm2O3 doping on the dielectric properties of PMN was studied.The results show that the grain size of prepared PSMN ceramics decreases with the increase of doping amount of Sm2O3(x(Sm)),and the grain size distribution becomes uniform;the temperature of phase transition moves to lower temperature far away from the Curie point,the dielectric maximum εm and dissipation factor at room temperature both decreases,and the frequency dependence of permittivity gets stabilized.The variation of diffused phase transition increases with x(Sm).When x(Sm)=0.01,the PSMN ceramics have optimum properties:εm =15 567,tanδ=0.127×10-2.
