摘要
目的评价手术后使用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶止血的安全性。方法用自身对照研究方法,对30例患者,术前及术中不给予止血药;而术后依情况给予尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶1-2 u,使用1~4天,观察术前和给药后机体的凝血功能和安全性指标。结果 30例患者术前、药后自身对照显示,其生命体征、肝、肾、心脏以及凝血功能,均未发生显著性变化,整个试验过程无不良事件。结论手术后使用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶有较高的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the safety of hemocoagulase agkistrodon（HCA） application after surgery.Methods According to the self-control method.Thirty patients were without hemostatic preoperative and intraoperative,administrated haemocoagulase agkistrodon 1 or 2 units with 1 to 4 days after surgery,as the situation.The coagulation function and safety were observed index before operation and after administration,respectively.Results The body coagulation parameters and safety indexes were similar between two groups（except for WBC）.There were no adverse events occurred.Conclusion The application of haemocoagulase agkistrodon after operation is a safe way.
