This paper has provided voltage deviation, discussed the hazard definition of of voltage deviation exceeding standard, reviewed the basic provisions considered of GB / T 12325 - 2008 Power Quality- Deviation of Supply Voltage and the main factors considered for the preparation of this standard, recommended permissible bus voltage deviation and voltage regulation measures for power plants＇ and power substations and explained how to measure voltage deviation and calculate voltage qualifications rate
