脊髓伤后脊髓组织一氧化氮合酶活性的动态变化及其意义

摘要 目的探讨脊髓损伤后早期伤段脊髓组织一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的动态变化规律。方法通过伤段脊髓组织催化[3H]标记的精氨酸转化生成[3H]标记的瓜氨酸的量,测定脊髓压迫伤后0~60min伤段脊髓组织NOS的活性。结果脊髓压迫伤后,NOS活性明显增加,伤后5min达最高点;然后又迅速下降.于伤后1h恢复至正常水平。结论在脊髓伤后1h内,伤段脊髓组织NOS活性迅速而短暂升高。 Objective in order to explore dynamical changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in injured spinal cord tissue atearly phase of spinal cord in.jury. Method NOS activity was determined by the rate of conversion of ['H]-arginine to f'H]-citrulline ininjured spinal cord tissue 0 to 60 min after spinal cord compression. Results The activity of NOS was shal'Ply increased after spinalcord compression injury and reached the highest level at 5 min,then decreased rapidly to normal level in one hour. Conclusion Theseresults suggest that there is a sharp transient increase of NOS activity during the first hour of spinal cord compression.
