摘要
目的为进一步了解老年人急性白血病的分子生物学特征。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测28例老年人急性白血病免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)则基因重排结果66.7%(4/6)老年人急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和40.9%(9/22)急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)存在IgH基因重排:IgH基因重排阳性老年人ANLL治疗缓解率(22.2%)显著低于IgH基因重排阴性老年人ANLL(66.7%)(P<0.05)。结论应用PCR技术检测老年人急性白血病基因重排可帮助了解老年人白血病的分子生物学特征和预后,此方面尚需进一步研究。
Objective To get insight of molecular biological characteristics of acute leukemia in the elderly. Methods ploymerasechain reaction (PCR) was used to detect immunolglobulin heads chain (IgH) gene rearrangement in 28 elderly acute leukemia cases.Results 66.7%(4/6) elderly aucte lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cases and 40.9% (9/22) elderly acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia(ANLL) cases were found to have IgH gene rearrangement. the remission rate was higher in the elderly ANLL patient without jgHgene rearrangement (66.7%) than in the elderly ANLL patient with IgH gene rearrangement (22.2%). Conclusions The detection ofIgH gene rearrangement by PCR amplitlcation may be helpful in the study of the molecular biological characteristics and prognosisof acute leukemia in elder patient. which needs to be forther studied.
