摘要
高校人事档案管理是高校管理工作的一项重要任务,是高校组织、人事部门对人力资源管理的重要信息来源,只有抓住机遇,努力做好新建本科院校人事档案的管理工作,提升服务水平与管理水平,才能使人事档案管理与档案管理实现共同发展。为此,在阐述当前院校人事档案管理存在的问题的基础上,通过分析提出加强人事档案管理的措施及方法,以期促进高职院校的管理水平,推进和加强人事档案管理。
Personnel archives management is an important work of college and university management and is a significant information resource of the college,university and personnel department＇s human resource management.Only by seizing the opportunity to do the personnel archives management well in newly-established colleges and universities and improve service and management can personnel archives management and archives management get co-developed.Thus,this paper,based on the analysis of the prominent problems existing in personnel archives management of colleges and universities,puts forward the measures and methods of enhancing personnel archives management in order to promote the management level of colleges and universities and their personnel archives management.
