摘要
当下,"包容性增长"成为社会经济体新的增长,其根本目的是让经济全球化和经济发展成果惠及所有国家和地区、惠及所有人群,在可持续发展中实现经济社会协调发展。目前,江苏经济发展呈现出"南强北弱"的不均衡局面,阻碍经济发展。在结合"包容性增长"理念和江苏经济发展现状的基础上,提出建立南北携手、中部地区承前启后的合作框架,实现苏南、苏中、苏北并驾齐驱的发展目标。
Nowadays,＂inclusive growth＂ has become a new feature of growth of the economy,the fundamental aim of which is economic globalization,benefiting all countries and regions with the achievements of economic development and realizing the coordinated social and economic developmentthe in sustainable development.Currently,Jiangsu＇s economic development has been in an unbalanced situation characterized by ＂Strong South and Weak North＂,which has hindered the economic development.This article,based on the concept of ＂inclusive growth＂ and the present situation of Jiangsu＇s economic development,proposes a framework of cooperation with South and North joining hands and the central region serving as a link to achieve the balanced development of southern,central,northern Jiangsu.
