摘要
通过对柳州市柳北区石碑坪镇某屯六名村民在村外木棚里躲雨时遭雷击的雷灾事故调查,对雷灾成因进行综合分析,并提出了一些关于农村防雷工作的对策。
Basing on the investigation in the lightning strike incident happened at a certain village of Sipaiping town,Liubei district,Liuzhou city,the cause was analyzed and some suggestions of lightning protection in rural were also proposed.
