摘要
目的：探讨外伤性膀胱破裂的诊治方法。方法：分析外伤性膀胱破裂 ７ 例，６ 例行膀胱灌注试验确诊，１ 例因尿道断裂行尿道会师术时发现。７ 例均行膀胱修补术，其中５ 例行膀胱造瘘术，２例留置导尿管引流。结果：７ 例均痊愈，术后排尿正常。结论：膀胱灌注试验结合腹腔穿刺检查是膀胱破裂简单而可靠的诊断方法。
Purpose: To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bladder rupture. Methods: 7 cases of the traumatic bladder rupture were reported. Of which 6 cases were confirmed by the test of bladder irrigation and 1 cases by operation. All 7 patients underwent repair of bladder. Of which 5 cases underwent cystostomy and other 2 cases indwelling catheter. Results: All patients were cured and had normal micturition. Conclusions: The test of bladder irrigation combined with abdominal paracentesis is a simple and reliable way to diagnose the traumatic bladder rupture.
