摘要
以城市生活污水处理厂二级生化出水作为膜分离系统的进水,分别采取"237NF+RO","A195NF+RO"和"N236NF+RO"等3种集成膜分离法深度处理该污水,从中优选出1种工艺深入考察各单元膜的运行工况。结果表明:237NF纳滤阶段的最佳膜运行参数为:膜进口压力为0.5 MPa,水回收率为10%,膜运行温度为30℃,原料浓缩倍数为8~10倍;RO反渗透阶段的最佳膜运行参数为:膜进口压力1~1.3 MPa,水回收率7%,膜运行温度30℃,原料浓缩倍数10倍。在各自最佳运行工况下的最终RO膜渗透液的水质符合《城市污水再生利用》系列标准。
The secondary effluent from municipal wastewater treatment plant was taken as the inlet water of membrane separation system and three kinds of integrated membrane separation(IMS) methods were applied to treat the sewage.The IMS was constructed with nanofiltration(NF) and reverse osmosis(RO),such as 237 NF-RO,A195 NF-RO,N236 NF-RO,and so on.One of them was selected to investigate the operating conditions of each membrane technology.The results shows that the optimum conditions of nanofiltration(237NF) are as follows:The inlet pressure is 5 bar,the recycle rate is 10%,the membrane operating temperature is 30 ℃ and the concentration factor is between 8 and 10 times.The optimum operating conditions of reverse osmosis are as follows:The membrane inlet pressure is between 10 and 13 bar,recycle rate is 7%,membrane operating temperature is 30 ℃,and the concentration factor is 10 times.Under each optimum operating conditions,water quality of the effluent accords with series of standard which called "Reuse of urban recycling water".
