全面介绍了研制成功的 “石景山热电厂４ 号机组能耗分析与主要技术经济指标在线处理系统”。利用该系统可以实现供热机组主要技术经济指标的在线计算、运行可控损失分析、运行质量考核、设备健康状态诊断。该系统的另一显著特点就是最大程度地利用了机组现有的硬件与软件资源， 大大节省了投资。文中着重阐述了系统实现的具体技术路线，
