摘要
研究了螯合时间,黑木耳多糖与银离子质量比,pH,银离子初始浓度等因素对黑木耳多糖银离子螯合的影响。通过正交试验,得到了螯合的最佳工艺条件:螯合时间为10h,pH为3,黑木耳多糖与银离子质量比为5∶1,银离子初始浓度为2mg/mL。红外光谱分析表明,银离子与黑木耳多糖形成了螯合物。
The chelation effect was carried out by single factor test included chelation time,mass ratio of Auricularia auricular polysaccharides to silver ion,pH,the initial concentration of silver ion.The optimized preparation conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment which were chelation time 10h,mass ratio of Auricularia auricular polysaccharides to silver ion 5∶1,pH 3,the initial concentration of silver ion 2mg/mL.FTIR spectra analysis showed that the chelation of Auricularia auricular polysaccharides and silver ion formed.
