摘要
载丝法兰是一种转换型连接法兰,主要适用于API 6A或API 17D等高压管道系统与普通的ASME B16.5等不同尺寸与磅级的法兰之间的转换连接。提出了针对载丝法兰的材料选用、尺寸设计、强度校核的选用原则与设计计算方法,并在此基础上对应用实例进行了有限元分析,分析结果充分显示载丝法兰的强度符合应力要求,证明了该设计方法的正确性。
The studded flange is a conversion type flange, nminly applicable to the connection and conversion between high pressure piping systems (API 6A or API 17D) and regular flanges (ASME B16.5) with different size or pressure rating. In this paper, the method of designing the stubbed flanges, including material selection, dimension calculation and strength checking, was discussed. An application was analyzed by using FEM, and the result showed that the maximum stress in the flange is below the allowable stress and this method is proved to be correct.
