卵巢摘除对急性肝损模型鼠脑血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究卵巢摘除对于急性肝损伤模型鼠脑血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法对去势(卵巢摘除)与未去势小鼠分别给与四氯化碳制备急性肝损伤模型,另设单纯卵巢摘除组及空白对照组;免疫组织化学法观察各组小鼠脑血管内皮细胞Bax及Bcl-2的表达。结果发现各组小鼠嗅脑及皮层等脑区毛细血管内皮细胞Bax阳性表达结果类似;而Bcl-2表达存在明显差异,急性肝损伤组嗅脑及皮层等各脑区毛细血管内皮细胞Bcl-2阳性表达呈强阳性;而去势+急性肝损伤组各脑区Bcl-2的阳性表达均偏弱。结论卵巢摘除或卵巢功能退化会影响脑血管内皮细胞应对化学毒性损伤时的抗凋亡功能,从另一个侧面揭示了卵巢相关激素的脑保护作用。 Objective To study the effect of Castration on brain vascular endothelial cell function of carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury model mice.Methods Using immunohistochemical method to marker the difference expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in ovaries removed and unmoved 24-hour carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury model mice,ovaries removed and unmoved mice are also used as contral.Results We found that bax are positive expression in vascular endothelial cells in both groups of in different brain region,Such as olfactory brain,and cortex et al;But there is significant difference in Bcl-2 expression,ovaries unmoved group of 24 hours acute injury group Bcl-2 expression of capillary endothelial cells was strongly positive in olfactory brain,forebrain,cortex et al.and ovary removal Groups Bcl-2 expression of capillary endothelial cells were weak positive expression.Conclusion The experimental results show that ovarian removal or degradation will affect cerebral vascular endothelial cells respond to chemical toxicity and the anti-apoptotic function in injury.And revealed ovarian hormones have brain prtection function.
