摘要
在分析传统的设施布置方法——系统布置设计(SLP)缺点的基础上,提出采用现代物流仿真技术对传统的SLP方法进行改进:利用计算机仿真技术对设施布置方案进行系统仿真,使设施布置设计方案可视化,通过仿真结果,分析可能产生的瓶颈问题,对方案进行系统优化。采用大型物流仿真软件对实际的生产物流系统进行仿真,结果表明:基于物流仿真技术的企业设施布置方法具有很强的理论价值和实际意义。
Modern logistics simulation technology was used to improve systematic layout planning（SLP） based on analyzing the shortcomings of SLP which was traditional facility layout method.Computer simulation technology was used to simulate facilities layout programs and visualization of facilities layout design programs was realized.Probable bottlenecks were analyzed by simulation results and the programs were optimized.Large-scale logistics simulation software was used to simulate the actual logistics system.The result shows that the enterprise facility layout method based on logistics simulation technology has practical significance.
