7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马汀对缺血性离体豚鼠工作心脏的作用

摘要 7-溴化乙氧苯四氢巴马汀(broomethyloxybenzen-tetrahydropalmatine,EBP)是人工改构新合成的季铵盐化合物。它(30μmol/L)对缺血性工作心脏多数指标无显著影响,但对缺血复灌产生的心律失常有一定的保护作用。对冠脉结扎后引起的CPK、GOT升高无对抗作用。实验还表明,Tris液灌流的离体豚鼠工作心脏能有效工作达70min以上,降低冠脉血流使心肌缺血15min后复灌,。可使工作心脏各项指标发生明显变化。 7-bromethyoxybenzene-tetrahydropalmatine (EBP) is a derivative of palmatine.It was found that the effective period of the isolated guinea pig working heart perfused with Tris solution was longer than 70 min.15 min after the coronary artery ligation,the reperfusion can markedly change the parameters in the isolated guinea pig working heart.EBP 30 nmol/L had no obvious influence on the parameters of cardiac function except ABF and T-CO in the isolated guinea pig working heart.But EBP can inhibit the arrhythmias induced by reperfusion.This suggests that EBP can protect the heart from ischemic damage.EBP exerts no marked effect on the CPK and GOT after the coronary artery ligation in the isolated guinea pig working heart.
