探讨了产权界定分界点的划分,介绍了设备产权和管理权的归属,探讨了产权界定工作中遇到的困难及解决方法,提出了产权界定工作的相关建议。
The division of the property right boundary is discussed. The attribution of equipment property right and management right is introduced. The difficulties and solutions in definition of property right are also discussed. The corresponding suggestions on definition of property right are made.
