摘要
一次空气系数是考虑燃气互换性时的一个重要指标。目前的计算方法仅仅考虑一次空气系数与燃气的华白数成反比,对该计算方法所带来的系统误差没有分析。根据大气式燃烧器的自动调节特性,从理论上推导了大气式燃烧器在燃气性质改变时一次空气系数的计算公式,推导了一次空气系数与燃气华白数的关系,通过具体案例分析了公式的误差范围。
The primary air ratio is a key index for gas interchangeability. In the current calculation methods, the primary air ratio is inversely proportional to Wobbe number, which lacks error analysis. Based on the self-adjustment property of atmospheric burner, the calculation formula of the primary air ratio during change of gas nature is theoretically derived, and the relationship between the primary air ratio and the Wobbe number is further developed. The error range of the formula is analyzed by a typical case.
