摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜组织中的表达及其在症状性子宫肌瘤形成、发展中的作用。方法:SP免疫组化法检测29例症状子宫肌瘤子宫内膜、31例无症状子宫肌瘤子宫内膜和30例正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF和MMP-2的表达。结果:症状子宫肌瘤组增生期、分泌期VEGF的平均吸光值高于增生过长组,P<0.05;症状子宫肌瘤组增生期、分泌期MMP-9的平均吸光值低于增生过长组,P<0.05;症状子宫肌瘤组VEGF和MMP-2阳性表达率分别为79.3%(23/29)和82.8%(24/29),显著高于无症状子宫肌瘤组和正常对照组,P<0.05。结论:VEGF和MMP-2在症状性子宫肌瘤子宫内膜组织中有异常表达,VEGF和MMP-2的表达异常与临床上子宫肌瘤患者的异常子宫出血密切相关。
OBJECTIVE:To study the expressions and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) in the endometrium of patients with sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas.METHODS: The VEGF and MMP-2 expressions from 29 cases of endometrium of patients with sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas,31 cases of endometrium of patients with no-sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas and 31 normal endometrium tissues were detected by the SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS: The average absorbance of VEGF of the sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas group in the proliferative phase and secretory phase was significantly higher than that in the simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia(P0.05).The average absorbance of the MMP-2 of the sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas group in the proliferative phase and secretory phase was lower than that in the simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia(P0.05).The VEGF and MMP-9 positive rates of the sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas group were 79.3%(23/29) and 82.8%(23/29) respectively,the positive rates were higher than those of the no-sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas group and normal endometrium group,and the difference was significant(P0.05).CONCLUSION: VEGF and MMP-2 have abnormal expression in the endometrium of patients with sympotomatic uterine leiomyomas,and the abnormal expression is associated with abnormal uterine bleeding of uterine leiomyoma.
