摘要
本文用免疫组化技术研究室旁核接触脑脊液的胆囊收缩素(CCK)神经元的分布和形态特征。结果显示:CCK神经元主要分布于大细胞内、外侧亚核的尾侧,小细胞内侧亚核和室周区。有些与第三脑室关系密切,根据其位置和形态特征,可分为3类;①室管膜内神经元。通过其胞体或脑室树突直接接触脑脊液。②室管膜下神经元。由平行室面突起发出一短侧支进入脑室。③室壁远位神经元。发一长树突穿室管膜进入第三脑室。
Immunohistochemical staining procedure was used to study distribution and feature of cholecystokinin (CCK) cerebrospinal fluid-contacting (CSF-contacting) neurons.It was found that CCK-immunoreactive (CCK-ir) neurons are mainly distributed in caudal regions of medial magnocellular and lateral magnocel-lular parts,medial parvocellular and periventricular parts of paraventricular nucleus (PVN).There is a close relationship between some CCK-ir neurons and the third ventricle.According to localization and morphological feature of the CCK-ir neurons,they may be distinguished into three kinds:1) Intraependymal neurons,which directly contact CSF by means of the cell body or ventricular dentrite originating apical pole of the perikaryon; 2) Subependymal neurons,processes parallel to the surface of the third ventricle,which gave rise to short lateral processes protruding into the third ventricle or ependyma; and 3) neurons in the deeper layers of the periventricular region,which also gained direct access to the CSF by means of long dentrites extending into the third ventricle.The relationship between CCK-ir neurons in PVN and the third ventricle is so close that it suggests that there exists local regulative circle between them.PVN may release CCK into the ventri-cle by means of CSF-contacting CCK neurons' to influence action of other brain regions and to regulate conversely its own secretion.
