白血病和骨髓增生异常综合征骨髓细胞的SCE测定及临床意义

摘要 本文观察40例未治疗的急性白血病、12例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、19例非肿瘤性造血系统疾病骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换率(SCE)。结果显示急性白血病患者SCE(7.09±2.55次/细胞)明显高于正常对照组(2.97±0.67次/细胞)及非肿瘤性造血系统疾病组(2.76±0.83次/细胞),与MDS类似。部分病例追踪观察发现急性白血病患者的SCE频率随病情缓解而下降,完全缓解时恢复正常,复发时又复回升。 In the present article we have measured the frequency of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) of the bone marrow cells from 40 untreated cases of leukemia,12 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome,19 cases of non-neoplastic hemo-poietic disease,13 normal controls.It was found that SCE of acute leukemia (7.09±2.55/cell) was significantly higher than that of normal controls (2.97±0.67) and non-neoplastic hemopoietc disease(2.76±0.83),but similar to that of myelodysplastic syndrome (7.24±3.10).In the follow-up study,SCE of acute leukemia was found to reduce with the abatement of the patient's condition,drop to normal level after complete remission,and return to level of the untreated acute leukemia when it recurred.
