摘要
用计算机模拟的方法,分析了谷仓搅拌干燥通风系统各参数间的相互关系及相互影响。以水稻为例,通过实验仓验证了理论计算结果。研究结果表明,在干燥通风仓内使用搅拌装置,可以有效地缩短干燥时间,消除被干燥谷物的水分和温度的不均匀性,提高和改善谷物的质量。
A computer simulation method is developed to study the effects of system parameters on grain drying and ventilation in bin with stirring. Computing results are examined in rice drying.It is proved by the inves- tigation that using stirrers can reduce drying and ventilation time,elim- inate moisture difference in grain and improve quality of grain.
