摘要
对95例急慢性HBV感染者应用免疫组化方法证实:28例(29.5％)患者的肝内检出HLA-DR抗原的肝细胞膜表达,表达HLA-DR抗原的肝细胞呈灶性和片状分布,常有较明显的水样变性,且与肝内HBcAg的存在有关。结果提示,HLA-DR抗原的膜表达可能与肝细胞损伤有关。
Intrahepatic expression of HLA-DR antigen in 95 patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B virus infection was investigated.Hepatocyte membrane expression of HLA-DR antigens was detected in 4 cases with acute hepatitis,22 with chronic active hepatitis and 2 with active liver cirrhosis.They were distributed as focal and flaky patterns and often showed marked ballooning degeneration,thus relating to expression of HBcAg in the liver.These results suggest that membranous expression of HLA-DR antigen may be associated with hepatic injury.
