摘要
目的探讨血液中乳酸含量与血液粘度的关系。方法无心、脑血管疾病,无肝、肾功能不全的健康体检者80例,空腹抽静脉血,肝素抗凝测全血乳酸浓度及全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、血沉、血球压积,并计算得出全血还原比粘度、血沉K值,统计学处理,采用t检验和相关回归分析。结果血液粘度特别是还原比粘度增高时,血乳酸含量亦明显增高,表明血液粘度增高时对机体的能量代谢造成不良影响,用还原比粘度更能反映粘度对血液供氧能力的影响。结论血液中乳酸含量的增高与血液粘度的增高有关。
Objective To research for the relationship between the content of the lactic
acid and the viscosity of blood Methods The fasting vein blood was drawn and
anticoagulated with hepaxin in 80 healthy persons The whole blood content of the lactic acid,
whole blood specific viscosity, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and HCT were
determined, whole blood reduced rate viscosity, ESRK The t test and the corelative
regression analysis were done in statistical treatment Results The content of the lactic acid in
blood was increased considerably with the increasing of the blood viscosity, and especially
with the increasing of the blood reduced rate viscosity, which indicates that the increasing
of the blood viscosity has bad effects on the body's energical metabolization, the blood
reduced rate viscosity can reflect the effect of the viscosity on the ability of providing
oxygen satisfactorily Conclusion The rising of the lactic acid content in blood is related to the
rising of blood viscosity
