摘要
目的获得兔眼部血管铸型经验，为眼科疾病研究及眼科手术提供技术资料。方法采用不同铸型剂、不同溶剂、不同剂量以及不同腐蚀方法经颈总动脉对３０例兔眼眶内动脉进行铸型，阐明各个指标对铸型效果的影响。结果用活体兔头与新鲜死亡兔头无显著差异；不用血管冲洗液或少量血管冲洗液效果均好；铸型剂以过氯乙烯／丙酮效果最好，灌注量单侧３～５ｍｌ。结论采用本方法可获得满意的兔眼血管铸型标本。
Objective To obtain knowledge in the cast of blood vessels
of rabbit eye ,and provide mechanial data for the study and operation of ophthalmic diseases.
Methods The different casting materials, dissolvents dosages and erosive methods are used in
the experiment. The cast of orbital artery of 30 rabbits were made by common cervical artery,in
order to reveal the effects on cast specimens under various conditions. Results There is no
apparent difference between ;iving rabbit head and newly dead one .Better effects was got if no
or little washing solution was used.Among different dissolvents, Polychloroothy /acetone have
the best effect. The suitable quantity of perfusion is about 35ml . Conclusions Using method
mentioned above may acquire satisfactory casting specimen of orbital artery of rabbit.
