摘要
AMT汽车换挡规律对汽车实际运行性能有直接的影响,也是汽车动力传动系统匹配过程中需要重点考虑的内容。针对某公交车的实际运行情况,利用AVLCruise软件进行仿真,对AMT换挡规律进行优化,并与试验结果比较。结果表明,根据公交实际运行工况设定的换挡规律具有明显的油耗优势。
AMT automotive gearshift schedule has direct effect on actual operating performance of cars. It＇s also the important consideration of car powertrain in the matching process. Aiming at the practical operation of a bus, the software AVL Cruise is used for simulation, the AMT gearshift rules are optimized, and are compared with experimental results. The results show that the shift schedule set based on the actual operating conditions of public transport has obvious advantages in fuel consumption.
