摘要
目的:为探讨冲击波对豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞心钠素免疫反应的影响及与听阈阈移的相关性,对冲击波的致聋机理进行探讨。方法:对冲击波暴露后不同时间组采用免疫细胞化学技术(ABC)结合图像分析和听性脑干反应测试技术进行观测。结果:冲击波暴露后24h内,内毛细胞(IHC)中ANP-IR阳性产物的光密度值较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),且与听阈阈移有明显的正相关性(r=0.9185,P<0.05);而外毛细胞(OHC)中心钠素免疫反应阳性产物变化不明显。结论:IHC和OHC中ANP-IR的变化可能是冲击波对其损伤机制的不同表现。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shock wave on atrial natriuretic peptides immunoreactivity (ANPIR) in cochlear hair cells and its correlation with auditory threshold shift; to further study the mechanism of blast trauma causing deafness. Methods: After shock wave, different groups of guinea pigs were studied by ABC immunohistochemistry, image analysis techniques and auditory brainstem response. Results: The ANPIR optic density was higher than that of control in inner cells. The change of ANPIR optic density was directly correlated with ABR threshold shift (r=0.9185,P<0.05). There was no change of ABR and ANPIR optic density in outer hair cells. Conclusion: The change of ANPIR in inner cells may be a pathological manifestation of shock wave.
