摘要
成都市从2008年全面推广气排球运动到目前为止已有3年的时间,通过3年的推广和发展取得一定成绩,但也存在着制约其快速发展的因素。通过文献资料法,访问法等研究方法,指出成都市气排球运动推广普及中存在的问题是:组织管理缺乏规范化、体系化;培训体制不健全,缺乏教练员裁判员;场地器材不能满足需要;经费来源单一,宣传力度小;同时提出了进一步加快其发展的对策和建议。
It has been three years since gas-volleyball sports was all-around popularized in Chengdu in 2008,in the three years popularization and development,certain achievement has been obtained but there are still some factors hampering rapid development of gas-volleyball sports.Through literature and materials collection method,interview and so on,this paper analyzes the problems in the popularization of gas-volleyball sports in Chengdu such as the lack of standardized-systemized organization and management,incomplete training system,the lack of coaches and referees,the lack of competition terrain and sports equipment,single source of funds,weak publicity capacity and so on.According to the existing problems,suggestions and proposals for further accelerating the development of gas-volleyball sports are given.
