摘要
为了研究临界生长温度锻炼对棉苗抗冷性的影响,本文将棉苗经过不同低温(12℃、14℃、16℃)锻炼7 d后,对其进行较长时间(7 d)的低温(4℃)胁迫,然后测定与抗冷性密切相关的过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量;并从理论上探讨了与其相关的可能机理。结果表明经不同(12~16℃)低温锻炼7 d后,在冷胁迫下所有参试棉花品种的幼苗,其过氧化物酶(POD)活性都比相应的对照有不同程度的增加,丙二醛含量都比相应的对照明显降低。其中尤以锻炼温度为12℃时效果最明显。由此可以认为:用临界生长温度(12℃)锻炼棉苗,由于提高了POD活性、降低了MDA含量,从而保护了膜结构,提高了棉苗对4℃低温的耐受能力。
In order to research the effect of cold-hardening at the survival threshould low temperature on chilling tolerance of cotton seedlings,the cotton seedlings had been acclimatized at different low temperature(12 ℃,14 ℃,16 ℃) and chilling stress at 4 ℃ for 7 days.Then the peroxidase(POD) activities and the malondialdehyde(MDA) contents of cotton seedlings that theyare related to the chilling tolerance of cotton seedlings were determined,and the possible mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the peroxidase(POD) activity of cotton seedlings was increased in varying degrees and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content was distintly decreased in all treatments cotton seedlings than the corresponding contrasts.Among which the acclimating temperature at 12 ℃ was beneficial preferably.Therefore,the tolerance of cotton seedlings to the chilling stress at 4 ℃ could be improved after acclimation at the survival threshold low temperature(12 ℃) because of the increased POD activity of cotton seedlings,decreased MDA content and the stabe membrane structure.
