血栓素A_2和前列环素在幼猪、猕猴缺氧性肺血管收缩反应中的作用

摘要 本文研究缺氧时幼猪和猕猴血浆TXB_2和6-keto-PGF1α浓度变化,以探讨血栓素A_2(TXA_2)和前列环素(PGI_2)在缺氧性肺血管收缩反应(HPV)中的作用。结果:当急性肺泡缺氧时,幼猪肺产生TXA_2和PGI_2,而猕猴肺只产生PGI_2,消炎痛能加强这两种动物的缺氧性肺血管收缩反应。由此表明,幼猪和猕猴的HPV主要由前列腺素以外的因素介导。虽然TXA_2和PGI_2在HPV时变化不同,但其总效应都起调节作用。 Changes in plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α during an inhalation of 10% oxygen in young pigs and rhesus monkeys were studied to explore the role played by TXA2 and PGI2 in acute hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction(HPV).It was found that hypoxia leads to release of both TXA2 and PGI2 in young pig lungs,but to that of PGI2 alone in rhesus monkey lungs.Administration of indome-thacin prevented changes in the concentration of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in arterial and venous plasma during hypoxia and enhanced HPV in both species of animals.These findings indicated that alterations in plasma TXA2 and PGI2 in young pigs and rhesus monkeys exposed to hypoxia are not the same,but their final effect is that of modulating HPV,the mediators of which might be factors other than prosta-glandins.
