摘要 某厂多晶硅精馏尾气处理装置自吸泵电机发生跳停故障,经过对该装置的自吸泵进行分析,发现其叶轮严重失效。本文结合实际工况对该故障进行诊断,通过诊断发现,汽蚀冲蚀、晶间腐蚀等失效模式造成叶轮金属颗粒脱落,导致叶轮的动不平衡,同时脱落的金属颗粒残留在轴与壳之间,致使叶轮卡死,从而造成电机跳停。此外,应力腐蚀开裂也使叶片刚性下降,间接导致电机输出功率增加。针对故障发生的原因,本文从泵的选择、介质处理、日常维护等方面提出了预防措施。 A self priming pump motor of polycrystalline silicon tail gas treatment unit in a plant shuts down.Through analyzing the self priming pump,it is found out that the impeller failed seriously.The fault is diagnosed connecting with the actual working conditions in this paper.Cavitation erosion,intergranular corrosion and other failure modes cause metal particles scaling off the impeller,which leads to dynamic imbalance of the impeller;meanwhile,the metal particles remain in the gap between the shaft and the enclosure,which results in impeller stuck and motor shutting down.What's more,stress corrosion cracking causes downward rigidity of the impeller,which leads to the output power of the motor increasing indirectly.Aiming at the causes of the fault,prevention measures on collection of the pump,medium handling and routing maintenance come up in this paper.
